Create Your Own Aussie Adventure

Welcome everyone and a special thanks to all new subscribers.

Since the last newsletter was sent out we have seen some very dramatic floods happen that will take a long time to recover from, unfortunately some people's lives will be changed forever. We have also seen the Aussie Spirit with neighbours, strangers, communities band together and show their amazing strength and resilience to help each other any way they can. If you can help in some way it would be appreciated very much.

Creating your own Ultimate Adventure is possible whether it is one state or territory at a time, a drive along the coast or the 'big trip'. Using the resources at Travel Australia Planning Guide will get you started. I have had several people email for my suggestions about trips they are planning to do and looking for extra information.

In return I have given them suggestions and also researched for related website links to help them plan their holiday. So if you are planning a holiday and need some more info please use the contact form and send your plans or ideas to me, I will do my best to provide you with the appropriate information.

If you are reading this newsletter in plain email text it will be easier and better to read in html. Go to the newsletter back issues page and read it there. You are all welcome to read the previous issues of this newsletter. Newsletter Back Issues Page

So far we have been to the Kimberley and the Red Centre, next we are driving north up the Stuart Highway, visit Daly Water Pub on the way past then have a refreshing swim in the Mataranka Thermal Pools. Then turn easterly and continue towards stunning Far North Queensland.

Far North Queensland offers a wide variety of things to do for the all ages, including plenty of activities, experiences and places to visit.

Whatever you want to do you will find it, visiting National Parks and waterfalls within the Atherton Tableland, the rainforests of Cape Tribulation and the Daintree Rainforests, diving in the Great Barrier Reef.

The picturesque and stunning Far North Queensland offers something for all ages and expectations.

Cairns is a popular place to stop on your journey through Far North Queensland and is the gateway north to the Cape York Peninsula and west to the Atherton Tablelands.

How about standing on the highest point of Australias northern coast!
