A humpback whale breaching at Hervey Bay Queensland Australia

"You can see these amazing creatures in August, September and October at Hervey Bay which is near Fraser Island in Queensland. These huge yet graceful humpback whales spend summer in the Antarctic then migrate to Australian waters to mate and give birth to 'cute little babies'!

Hervey Bay is an excellent destination to see them up closer. You can get aboard a cruise boat for your best chance of seeing the whales in the wild and being free! Remember to take your camera to record your adventure."

The Stockman's Hall of Fame in Longreach
Outback Queensland Australia

"The Stockman's Hall of Fame and Outback Heritage Centre proudly displays the history of the Outback. The building itself is a work of art, it has been built in timber, stone and corrugated iron to suit the Outback.

We visited Longreach and the 'Hall of Fame' when we travelled through Outback Queensland Australia it really is a 'must see' attraction.

The museum displays and explains all about the history of our explorers, farmers and Aborigines of the Outback in past years. Which helps us appreciate how brave, tough and clever they were. There are all types of materials used for diplays like actual equipment they used, images and film footage and much more."
